Spring here in LA really seems more like summer so layering a tank is a perfect option and who says you can't still wear your boots.  I'm going to wear mine as much as I can until it really starts heating up.  I think red is a beautiful transition color for this spring, it doesn't always have to be just for Winter. I'm posting one of my favorite sweatshirts today even though I don't live in New York, I love the simplicity of this sweatshirt and I've been dreaming of going again for fun and not work.  I got this sweatshirt about two years ago at H&M huge sale.  I decided to pair this sweatshirt with these patent over the knee boots for something a little different.  I love this worn as a dress appose to a actual sweat shirt.  I usually pair this sweatshirt with leggings and my Nike's but I wanted to show you another way you can rock this sweatshirt.
