GINGHAM LOVE

Loft Cami  |  H&M Shorts  |  Jessica Simpson Platforms  |  Quay Sunnies  |  Etsy Bag

Hi Hi Guys, so it's been all about the gingham for me lately.
I think this may be my new favorite stable besides stripes.  I love weekends when you can just throw something together and it just comes together so perfectly and comfortable.  This past weekend we just hung out, my mom usually comes over every Saturday to cook us this amazing breakfast.  I decided to throw on something a little vintage and summery.
Nothing says summer better than gingham!

So... I fell in love with Louis Vuitton's Fall 2015 new digi-box bags that hit Paris fashion week.  I had to get something similar since obviously I can't afford the really deal.  I found this cute little vintage box bag (remember from the 90s) on Etsy and it just inspired this whole look.  I know for sure this bag will get more use during winter, but I just had to rock it already.

FAUX FUR

H&M Coat ( similar )  & Vest  |  Express Jeans   |  Forever 21 Turtleneck   |  Ann Taylor Wedge Boots ( similar ) Here's to Christmas time and what I wore to keep warm since LA took a turn and has been quite chilly. I wore this look twice, once to work on casual Friday and the other for Christmas Eve.  I'm just in love with this faux-fur vest. This look is perfect for when it's cold outside and you're indoors and don't want to wear to much clothing. Throw on a jacket and instantly you're ready for the outdoors.   I hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas and is getting ready for the New Year!

WORK WEAR: STRIPE TURTLENECK & BLACK SKIRT

H&M turtleneck  |  Express Skirt  |  Zara Heels  |  TJ Maxx Bag  (all old) Hi Hi Loves, today I'm going to share my thoughts on older clothes or should I say clothes we no longer choose to wear anymore.  Sometimes if not all the time the hardest thing for us to do is to dig into our own closet and find an outfit we love again.  We always forget about the old and move on to the new.  Why, why is it that? We buy so much clothes but we are so quick to throw them away, donate them or just hoard them in our closets and never wear them again.  Moving forward I'm going to find it very difficult but challenging to dig into my own closet and pull out older pieces and rock them.  Most of the time we just like to buy new clothes because it just feels better, looks better, it's easier to create an amazing outfit, that's in our minds of course.  Well, that is not true and I'm sure we have some trending items laying around in...
